TRENTON, N.J. — The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection announced three new additions to its online services: the Preliminary Assessment (PA) Report, Preliminary Assessment/Site Investigation (PA/SI) Report, and Site Investigation (SI) Report. These new services will make it possible to submit the corresponding PA, PA/SI, and SI reports online.
Use of these three new online services is optional for 90 days following the announcement, but will become mandatory on July 18, 2017.
With the addition of the PA, PA/SI, and SI reports, electronic submittals are now available (and mandatory, in many cases) for all remedial phase reports except for the Response Action Outcome (RAO).
Training and handouts for these and the previous online services are available at the links below. Full instructions, detailing every question included in the PA, PA/SI, and SI reports, are also available. The NJDEP recommends reviewing the reports in full before using the online services.
