Management Commitment
The management of Penn Environmental & Remediation, Inc. (Penn E&R) is committed to the safety and health of its employees, as well as to visitors and subcontractors that fall under our supervision. To demonstrate this commitment, Penn E&R has developed a comprehensive Corporate Health, Safety and Environmental (CHSE) Program Manual to outline the company’s CHSE policies and procedures. This manual has been prepared in compliance with the regulations set forth in 29 CFR 1910, OSHA General Industry Standard, and 29 CFR 1926, OSHA Construction Industry Standard. All employees or contract employees must comply with any confidential or trade secret information provided by Penn E&R or its clients.
This CHSE Program Manual identifies the policies, programs and precautions taken by the company to protect the health and safety of all employees while on the job.
