The Penn E&R staff has completed appropriate training for preparing storm water management plans utilizing Best Management Practices (BMPs) and Penn E&R has been selected as an approved third party reviewer for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to assist permit applicants with expediting their regulatory plan review.

In addition, Penn E&R’s track record of successfully assessing and evaluating contaminated properties, and then developing and implementing remedial/corrective actions that return a site to a developable condition in the shortest possible time, promotes the use of “Brownfields” and other impacted property as an integral part of a development project.

Penn E&R’s state-of-the-art technical and regulatory resources enable us to stay abreast of new and innovative technologies and new regulatory policy and guidance as they develop.  Our modern CAD, GIS, and engineering analysis systems incorporate Clients’ existing engineering files and historic data to facilitate timely evaluation of alternatives and help reduce project costs.
