Penn E&R provided environmental and engineering services for a proposed expansion to Penn Color’s existing facility in Hatfield Township. The Penn Color facility consists of approximately 360,000 square feet of existing buildings and a total of approximately 230,000 square feet of new building coverage was proposed. The ongoing project included the design of multiple new bioretention/rain garden areas and the conversion of an existing dry detention basin into a bioretention/rain garden.
