Penn E&R is pleased to announce the addition of Buddy J. Kondikoff as Team Lead of the Mansfield regional office.
Mr. Kondikoff has 15 years of environmental and regulatory compliance experience, with particular expertise in the oil and gas and utility industries. He has extensive experience in regulatory permitting and compliance, water resourcing, waste management, and utility and facilities maintenance for oil and gas construction, drilling, completion and production activities. He is also highly skilled in wetland delineation, stream and wetland mitigation, various environmental assessments, erosion and sedimentation construction inspections, environmental health and safety, project management and business development.
Prior to joining Penn E&R, Mr. Kondikoff spent several years working in various roles in the oil and gas industry. In addition to managing dozens of clients and contractors and multi-million dollar budgets, he has assisted in team strategy and performance optimization. Mr. Kondikoff completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science at Millersville University.
In his free time, Mr. Kondikoff is an avid fishermen and enjoys camping, hiking, biking and traveling with his family and two children. He thoroughly enjoys coaching and volunteering with his children’s sports and activities. Please join us in welcoming him to the Penn E&R team!
